I typically work from my own photographs, taken outside on a sunny day. A $200 sitting fee covers time and materials for the photo shoot. Client photos may be considered on a case-by-case basis - feel free to email me a selection of potential reference photos and we can discuss. 

A non-refundable 50% down payment is due when work begins on the painting, and the remainder due upon completion. Shipping, if applicable, is additional and invoiced at cost. Sales tax of 6% is additional for any painting delivered in the state of Virginia.

Framing is not included in the price for any commissioned work. Watercolor paintings and drawings are delivered mounted on acid-free backing board and sealed in acetate. Acrylic paintings on canvas are delivered gallery wrapped with picture wire attached.
