Jenny Davis began painting professionally in 2005 at the age of 17. She apprenticed under her mother, watercolorist Tanya Davis. Jenny works primarily in transparent watercolor. She is drawn to the human face and figure, which, like watercolor, is one of the most difficult technical challenges for the artist to master. Jenny resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, daughter, and two cats.
